Why I Coach
I was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood. It didn’t fix everything — but it finally made sense of so much.
That shift is what I help others find: not perfection, not productivity hacks, but understanding, momentum, and space to thrive.
You’re not a broken horse. You’re a zebra and you deserve to be treated like one.
Before coaching, I spent years leading teams in a career as a senior teacher but i was always drawn to the more creative projects within my work.
I’ve since written a book on adult ADHD in the UK, launched a national campaign to flip the narrative, and I host a podcast interviewing successful ADHDers with aim of helping people feel less alone.
Everything I do now is about changing how ADHD is understood, starting with the way you understand yourself.
